How to get started?

Send an email, introduce yourself and let’s schedule an interview over the phone/video. We can create an in-take profile to set you up for success. We can discuss your goals, and develop a comprehensive plan. I can answer any questions and provide some easy tips to keep you consistent and healthy.

What to Expect?

Every session is specifically tailored to meet the clients goals and needs. All progress is recorded and measured. Progressions and regressions are built in to the program to ensure progress is made gradually to keep the client injury free and built for longevity. 

Sessions are an hour long and always begin with a proper warm up and include a cool down. Clients are closely monitored and coached to preserve technique and quality of movement. I convey as much passion into every session because I do what I love.
